Thérapie
Indications
Hypertension essentielle.
Posologie
Indépendamment des repas.
>18 ans: au début 1 cp. 20 mg/12,5 mg resp. 40 mg/12,5 mg 1×/j., év. augmenter à 1 cp. 20 mg/25 mg resp. 40 mg/25 mg 1×/j.
>18 ans: au début 1 cp. 20 mg/12,5 mg resp. 40 mg/12,5 mg 1×/j., év. augmenter à 1 cp. 20 mg/25 mg resp. 40 mg/25 mg 1×/j.
Contre-indications
Insuffisance rénale sévère (Clcr <30 ml/min), anurie, trouble modéré de la fonction hépatique (cp. avec 40 mg d'olmésartan médoxomil), trouble sévère de la fonction hépatique, hypokaliémie, hyponatrémie, hypercalcémie, hyperuricémie symptomatique, cholestase, obstruction des voies biliaires, oedème angioneurotique héréditaire, oedème angioneurotique après inhibiteurs de l'ECA ou antagonistes de l'angiotensine II, en association à l'aliskirène lors de diabète ou d'insuffisance rénale (Clcr <60 ml/min); grossesse, allaitement.
