Grippe/infections catarrhales > Associations avec paracétamol et dextrométhorphane

Indications

Infection grippale, refroidissement.

Posologie

>12 ans: 1 cp. 3–max. 4×/j., intervalle entre 2 prises: 6 h; durée du traitement sans amélioration et sans consultation médicale: max. 3 j.

Contre-indications

Hypertension sévère, coronaropathie sévère, trouble sévère de la fonction hépatique, hépatite aiguë, hépatopathie active décompensée, troubles de la fonction rénale, anémie hémolytique, glaucome à angle fermé, épilepsie; pendant et jusqu'à 14 j. après un traitement aux IMAO, aux sympathomimétiques ou à un médicament sérotoninergique; maladie de Gilbert; grossesse «IPr», allaitement; <2 ans.
