Indications
Anesthésie par infiltration, bloc de nerfs périphériques, anesthésie péridurale (20 mg/ml).
Posologie
Ev. dilution dans NaCl 0,9%.
Adultes: max. 11 mg/kg (max. 800 mg), avec adrénaline 1/200'000: max. 14 mg/kg (max. 1000 mg).
Enfants >3 ans: max. 11 mg/kg.
