Prévention des récidives herpétiques (patients immunocompétents): >18 ans: 500 mg 1×/j. (≥10 récidives/an: 250 mg 2×/j.), réévaluation: après max. 12 mois.
Prévention des récidives herpétiques (patients immunodéprimés): >18 ans: 500 mg 2×/j., réévaluation: après max. 12 mois.
Prévention du CMV: >12 ans: 2 g 4×/j. pendant 90 j. ou plus.
