Indications
Maladie d'Alzheimer modérée à sévère (MMSE 3–19).
Posologie
Indépendamment des repas.
>18 ans: 1ère sem.: 5 mg 1×/j., 2e sem.: 10 mg 1×/j., 3e sem.: 15 mg 1×/j., dès la 4e sem.: 20 mg 1×/j.; max. 20 mg/j.
>18 ans: 1ère sem.: 5 mg 1×/j., 2e sem.: 10 mg 1×/j., 3e sem.: 15 mg 1×/j., dès la 4e sem.: 20 mg 1×/j.; max. 20 mg/j.

Divisible en 2 parts
Contre-indications
En association au dextrométhorphane; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
