Antiallergiques > Antihistaminiques H 1 > Lévocétirizine
Indications
Rhinite allergique, conjonctivite allergique et urticaire idiopathique chronique dès 6 ans; rhinite allergique saisonnière dès 2 ans.
Posologie
Indépendamment des repas.
>12 ans: 20 gttes 1×/j.
6–12 ans: 10 gttes 2×/j.
2–6 ans: 5 gttes 2×/j.
>12 ans: 20 gttes 1×/j.
6–12 ans: 10 gttes 2×/j.
2–6 ans: 5 gttes 2×/j.
Contre-indications
Insuffisance rénale terminale (Clcr <15 ml/min); allaitement.
