Indications
Anesthésie loco-régionale.
Posologie
Adultes: dose max.: 4,5 mg/kg ou 300 mg.
Enfants: dose max.: 4,5 mg/kg (sol. de 5 mg/ml resp. 10 mg/ml).
Enfants: dose max.: 4,5 mg/kg (sol. de 5 mg/ml resp. 10 mg/ml).
Contre-indications
Hypovolémie, insuffisance cardiaque aiguë décompensée, bloc cardiaque, troubles de la conduction, choc sévère, myasthénie, obstétrique (>1%); grossesse «IPr».
