Vasodilatateurs > Nimodipine
Indications
Prévention (et traitement) des déficits neurologiques ischémiques dus à des spasmes vasculaires cérébraux après une hémorragie sous-arachnoïdienne due à un anévrisme.
Posologie
Perf. i.v. continue
Par un raccord à 3 voies selon un rapport 1:4 avec une co-perf. compatible (glucose 5%, NaCl 0,9%, Ringer-lactate, autres «IPr»).
Posologie usuelle: >18 ans: 1 mg/h pendant 2 h, puis év. 2 mg/h.
<70 kg, pression artérielle instable: >18 ans: au début 0,5 mg/h, puis max. 1 mg/h.
Instillation intracisternale
>18 ans: 1 ml dilué dans 19 ml de sol. de Ringer (à température corporelle) pendant l'intervention.
