Indications
Psoriasis vulgaire (12–18 ans: seulement sur le cuir chevelu).
Posologie
>18 ans: 1×/j. pendant 4 sem. (tronc, extrémités) resp. pendant 8 sem. (cuir chevelu), puis év. traitement intermittent; max. 100 g/sem., max. 30% de la surface corporelle.
Contre-indications
Trouble du métabolisme calcique; infections cutanées bactériennes, fongiques ou virales; infections parasitaires, dermatite périorale, atrophie cutanée, vergetures, fragilité accrue du réseau cutané veineux, ichthyose, acné, rosacée, ulcères, plaies; psoriasis érythrodermique, exfoliatif et pustuleux; grossesse «IPr», allaitement (seins); <12 ans.
