Indications
Anesthésie loco-régionale, anesthésie intra-articulaire, perf. péridurale continue pour l'analgésie postopératoire ou obstétricale.
Posologie
Sol. 4% (40 mg/ml) toujours diluer avec NaCl 0,9%.
>18 ans: individuelle «IPr»; inj.: 25–50 mg/min, dose unitaire max.: 150(-175) mg, dose max. journalière: 400 mg; perf. postopératoire continue: max. 3 j.

Contre-indications
Anesthésie régionale i.v., bloc paracervical; grossesse «IPr».
