Constipation liée aux opioïdes (2e choix).
Posologie
S.c., max. 1×/48 h (év. exceptionnellement 2e dose après 24 h).
>18 J.: ≥62 kg: 12 mg, 38–61 kg: 8 mg, <38 kg: 0,15 mg/kg.

Contre-indications
Occlusion gastro-intestinale, risque accru d'obstruction récurrente, abdomen aigu; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
