Substitution potassique en cas d'alcalose.
Posologie
Perf. i.v. comme additif à des sol. de perf.
Adultes
Kaliémie >2,5 mmol/l: max. 200 mmol K+/j., max. 40 mmol K+/l sol. pour perf., max. 10 mmol/h.
Kaliémie <2,0 mmol/l: max. 400 mmol K+/j., max. 80 mmol K+/l sol. pour perf., max. 40 mmol/h.
Enfants
3 mmol/kg/j. ou 40 mmol/m2/j.
Adultes

Contre-indications
Oligoanurie, hyperkaliémie, hyperchlorémie, insuffisance rénale, insuffisance surrénale non traitée, acidose, déshydratation sévère.
