Indications
Adjuvant lors d'affections malignes.
Posologie
Inj. s.c. 2–3×/sem., 1×/j. dans des cas particuliers, dans la mesure du possible à proximité de la tumeur; choix de l'arbre hôte «IPr».
Traitement initial: >18 ans: au début 1 mg, puis adaptation individuelle «IPr», max. 400 mg.
Traitement d'entretien: >18 ans: poursuite de la dose optimale individuelle en utilisation rythmique «IPr».
