Indications
Crises de porphyries hépatiques aiguës.
Posologie
Après dilution dans 100 ml de NaCl 0,9% (flacon en verre), perf. i.v. avec filtre (15 µm) sur min. 30 min dans une grosse veine antébrachiale ou une veine centrale, puis rincer avec 100 ml de NaCl 0,9%.
Adultes, adol., enfants: 3 mg/kg 1×/j. pendant 4 j., max. 250 mg/j., év. répéter.
