Infection à VIH.
Posologie
>18 ans: 1 cp. 2×/j. indépendamment des repas.
Contre-indications
Insuffisance hépatique, insuffisance rénale sévère, en association à des doses élevées de co-trimoxazole, neutrophiles <750/µl, Hb <7,5 g/dl; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
