Posologie
>18 ans: 50/12,5 mg ou 100/25 mg/j.

Divisible en 2 parts
Contre-indications
Bloc AV II et III, bradycardie, hypotension, acidose métabolique, troubles sévères de la circulation périphérique, phéochromocytome non traité, maladie du sinus, choc cardiogène, insuffisance cardiaque décompensée; grossesse, allaitement.
