Thérapie
Indications
Hypertension, oedèmes cardiaques, ascite et oedèmes lors de cirrhose.
Posologie
Hypertension: >18 ans: (2,5/25 mg–)5/50 mg–10/100 mg/j. en 1 ou plusieurs prises, év. augmenter, max. 20/200 mg/j.
Oedèmes cardiaques: >18 ans: au début 5/50 mg–10/100 mg/j., év. augmenter, max. 20/200 mg/j.
Cirrhose: >18 ans: au début 5/50 mg/j., év. augmenter, max. 20/200 mg/j.

Contre-indications
Hyperkaliémie, en association aux sels de potassium ou à un traitement hyperkaliémiant, insuffisance rénale; grossesse, allaitement; enfants, adol.
