Indications
2e choix: polyarthrite rhumatoïde, arthrose, spondylarthrite ankylosante.
Posologie
Avec un repas; év. mettre les cp. en suspension dans min. 50 ml d'eau.
>12 ans: au début: 20 mg 1×/j., entretien: (10–)20 mg 1×/j.; dose journalière: max. 20 mg.

Divisible en 2 parts
Contre-indications
Ulcère gastroduodénal (y c. anamnèse), saignements gastro-intestinaux, maladie intestinale inflammatoire, trouble sévère de la fonction hépatique, insuffisance rénale sévère (Clcr <30 ml/min), insuffisance cardiaque sévère (NYHA III-IV), douleurs postopératoires après pontage coronarien ou utilisation d'une machine coeur-poumons; grossesse (3e trimestre; 1er et 2e trimestres «IPr»), allaitement.
