Indications
Traitement et prévention des hyperuricémies symptomatiques.
Posologie
Après les repas; doses >300 mg/j.: en plusieurs prises.
>15 ans: 100–900 mg/j. ou 2–10 mg/kg/j., adaptation progressive de la dose.
<15 ans: seulement néoplasies et Lesch-Nyhan: 10–20 mg/kg/j.; max. 400 mg/j.
