H. simplex, zona: 5 mg/kg toutes les 8 h.
Zona chez l'immunodéprimé, encéphalite herpétique: 10 mg/kg toutes les 8 h.
Prévention du CMV: 500 mg/m2 toutes les 8 h, 5 j. avant et jusqu'à 30 j. après la greffe.
3 mois–12 ans
H. simplex, varicelle-zona: 250 mg/m2 toutes les 8 h.
Varicelle chez l'immunodéprimé, encéphalite herpétique: 500 mg/m2 toutes les 8 h.
Prévention du CMV: >2 ans: 500 mg/m2 toutes les 8 h, 5 j. avant et jusqu'à 30 j. après la greffe.
Nouveau-nés
H. simplex: 20 mg/kg toutes les 8 h.
