Indications
Maintien temporaire de la perméabilité du canal artériel chez le nouveau-né présentant une cardiopathie congénitale.
Posologie
Perf. i.v. dans une grande veine ou par cathéter dans l'artère ombilicale à l'orifice du canal artériel; dilution dans NaCl 0,9% ou glucose 5% «IPr».
Nouveau-nés: au début (0,05–)0,1 µg/kg/min, puis adapter prudemment, entretien: 0,01–0,4 µg/kg/min.
