Anxiolytiques > Benzodiazépines > Lorazépam
Indications
Sédation périopératoire, états d'anxiété aigus, états d'excitation aigus, prévention du délirium tremens.
Posologie
Inj. i.v. après dilution 1:1 avec NaCl 0,9%, glucose 5% ou eau pour inj., max. 2 mg/min.
Psychiatrie
>18 ans: au début 0,05 mg/kg ou 2–4 mg (>50 ans: généralement max. 2 mg), puis per os.
Périopératoire
18–50 ans: 0,044(–0,05) mg/kg ou 2(–max. 4 mg) 15–20 min avant l'intervention.
>50 ans: 0,044(–0,05) mg/kg ou max. 2 mg 15–20 min avant l'intervention.
Psychiatrie

Contre-indications
Myasthénie, insuffisance respiratoire sévère, insuffisance rénale sévère, insuffisance hépatique sévère, choc, collapsus, coma, apnées du sommeil; intoxication aiguë par alcool, somnifères, analgésiques ou psychotropes; dépendance; grossesse, allaitement; <18 ans.
