Anxiolytiques > Benzodiazépines > Lorazépam
Indications
Excitation; anxiété, tension et troubles du sommeil consécutifs; sédation préopératoire.
Posologie
Avec les repas.
Posologie usuelle: >12 ans: 1 mg 2–3×/j.
Troubles du sommeil: >12 ans: 1 mg ½ h avant le coucher.
Psychiatrie: >12 ans: 3–7,5 mg/j. en 3–4 prises.
Préopératoire: >12 ans: 1–2 mg la veille au soir et/ou 1–2 h avant l'intervention.
Patients âgés ou affaiblis: au début ½ dose, puis individuelle.
Posologie usuelle: >12 ans: 1 mg 2–3×/j.
Troubles du sommeil: >12 ans: 1 mg ½ h avant le coucher.

Contre-indications
Myasthénie, insuffisance respiratoire sévère, apnées du sommeil, insuffisance hépatique sévère, insuffisance rénale sévère, choc, collapsus, coma; intoxication aiguë par alcool, somnifères, analgésiques ou psychotropes; dépendance; grossesse, allaitement; <12 ans.
