Cancer du poumon non à petites cellules (NSCLC) ALK positif avancé (avec ou sans prétraitement) ou ROS1 positif avancé.
1–18 ans
Lymphome anaplasique à grandes cellules (ALCL) ALK positif systémique récidivant ou réfractaire; tumeur myofibroblastique inflammatoire (IMT) ALK positive non résécable, récidivante ou réfractaire.
NSCLC ALK positif ou ROS1 positif:>18 ans: 250 mg 2×/j.
ALCL ALK positif ou IMT ALK positive: 1–18 ans: 280 mg/m2 2×/j. «IPr».
