Indications
Sclérose latérale amyotrophique.
Posologie
>18 ans: 1 film orodisp. toutes les 12 h, déposer sur la langue 1 h avant ou 2 h après les repas, ne pas parler pendant la dissolution du film orodisp.; lors de troubles sensoriels dans la cavité bucco-pharyngée ou de troubles de la déglutition «IPr».
Contre-indications
Hépathopathie, élévation des transaminases >3× la limite sup. normale avant le début du traitement; grossesse, allaitement.
