Hypertension essentielle.
Posologie
Indépendamment des repas.
>18 ans: 1 cp./j., max. 10/320/25 mg/j.
>18 ans: 1 cp./j., max. 10/320/25 mg/j.
Contre-indications
Cirrhose biliaire, cholestase, anurie, angioedème héréditaire, angioedème après inhibiteurs de l'ECA ou antagonistes de l'angiotensine II, en association à l'aliskirène lors de diabète ou d'insuffisance rénale (Clcr <60 ml/min), hypotension sévère, choc (y c. cardiogène), obstacle à l'éjection ventriculaire gauche, insuffisance cardiaque hémodynamiquement instable après infarctus aigu du myocarde; grossesse, allaitement.
