Indications
Hypertension essentielle.
Posologie
Indépendamment des repas.
>18 ans: au début 1 cp. 8/12,5 mg ou 16/12,5 mg 1×/j., év. augmenter à 1 cp. 32/12,5 mg ou 32/25 mg 1×/j.
>18 ans: au début 1 cp. 8/12,5 mg ou 16/12,5 mg 1×/j., év. augmenter à 1 cp. 32/12,5 mg ou 32/25 mg 1×/j.
Contre-indications
Oedème angioneurotique héréditaire, oedème angioneurotique après inhibiteurs de l'ECA ou antagonistes de l'angiotensine II, insuffisance rénale sévère (Clcr <30 ml/min), insuffisance hépatique sévère, cholestase, goutte, hypokaliémie, hyponatrémie, hypercalcémie, anurie, en association à l'aliskirène lors de diabète ou d'insuffisance rénale (Clcr <60 ml/min); grossesse, allaitement.
