Indications
Cancer du poumon non à petites cellules, non épidermoïde, localement avancé ou métastatique avec la mutation KRAS G12C, en monothérapie après échec d'une chimiothérapie à base de platine et/ou immunothérapie anti-PD-1/-PD-L1.
Posologie
>18 ans: 8 cp. 1×/j. indépendamment des repas.
Contre-indications
Grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
