Rétinite à CMV: >18 ans: traitement d'attaque: 60 mg/kg 3×/j. ou 90 mg/kg 2×/j. pendant env. 2–3 sem.; entretien: au début 90 mg/kg 1×/j., puis év. augmenter jusqu'à 120 mg/kg 1×/j. en cas de bonne tolérance; év. répéter le traitement d'attaque en cas de progression lors du traitement d'entretien.
Infections à herpès simplex: >18 ans: 40 mg/kg 3×/j. pendant 2–3(–max. 6) sem.
