Indications
Hypertension essentielle.
Posologie
>18 ans: 1 caps. 1×/j. indépendamment des repas.
Contre-indications
Insuffisance hépatique sévère, cholestase, angioedème héréditaire, angioedème après inhibiteurs de l'ECA ou antagonistes de l'angiotensine II, en association à l'aliskirène lors de diabète ou d'insuffisance rénale (Clcr <60 ml/min), choc (y c. cardiogène), hypotension sévère, obstacle à l'éjection ventriculaire gauche, insuffisance cardiaque hémodynamiquement instable après infarctus aigu du myocarde; grossesse, allaitement.
