Posologie usuelle
Adultes, enfants >40 kg: 1,5–3(–max. 6) g/j. en 3–4 prises.
Infections urinaires non compliquées, gonorrhée
Adultes, enfants >40 kg: dose unique de 3 g.
Prévention de l'endocardite
>10 ans: dose unique de 3 g 1 h avant l'intervention.
Enfants <10 ans: dose unique de 1,5 g 1 h avant l'intervention.
Maladie de Lyme stade I
Adultes: 750 mg 3–4×/j. pendant 12 j.
Eradication de l'H. pylori
Adultes: 750–1000 mg 2×/j. pendant 10–14 j. en association à un 2e antibiotique et un IPP.
