>18 ans: toutes les 2 sem.: 70 mg/m2, suivis de 400 mg/m2 d'acide folinique i.v. en 30 min et de 2400 mg/m2 de 5-FU i.v. sur 46 h; porteurs homozygotes de l'allèle UGT1A1x28: au début 50 mg/m2, puis augmenter év. à 70 mg/m2.
