Indications
Infections sévères à germes aérobies Gram négatif multirésistants en l'absence d'autres options thérapeutiques.
Posologie
Reconstitution avec NaCl 0,9% ou glucose 5%; intraventriculaire/intrathécale: concentration reconstituée 125000 UI/ml.
I.v.
Perf. de 30–60 min.
>40 kg: au début: 9 mio UI (40–60 kg: év. 6 mio UI), entretien: 9 mio UI/j. en 2–3 doses.
<12 ans et ≤40 kg: 75000–150000 UI/kg/j. en 3 doses.
Intraventriculaire
>18 ans: 125000 UI/j.
Intrathécale
>18 ans: max. 125000 UI/j.
