Bronchite, pneumonie légère: 250 mg 3×/j., max. 4 g/j.
Sinusite: 250 mg 3×/j. pendant 10 j., max. 4 g/j.
Infections sévères (p.ex. pneumonie) ou infections à des germes moins sensibles: 500 mg 3×/j., max. 4 g/j.
1 mois–18 ans
Posologie usuelle: 20 mg/kg/j. en 2–3 prises «IPr».
Bronchite et pneumonie: 20 mg/kg/j. en 3 prises.
Otite moyenne, sinusite, infections sévères ou infections à des germes moins sensibles: 40 mg/kg/j. en 2–3 prises «IPr»; <6 ans: max. 1 g/j.
