Indications
Glioblastome multiforme nouvellement diagnostiqué, gliome malin récidivant.
Posologie
À jeun (min. 1 h avant un repas).
Nouveau glioblastome: >18 ans: 75 mg/m2/j. pendant 42(–49) j. en association à une radiothérapie selon hémogramme, puis entretien en monothérapie pendant 6 cycles «IPr».
Gliome: >3 ans: 200 mg/m2 1×/j (en cas de chimiothérapie préalable: 150 mg/m2 1×/j. au cours du 1er cycle), pendant 5 j. par cycle de 28 j. «IPr».

Contre-indications
Myélosuppression sévère, insuffisance rénale sévère, insuffisance hépatique sévère; procréation chez l'homme (jusqu'à 3 mois après le traitement), grossesse (jusqu'à 6 mois après le traitement), allaitement.
