Thérapie
Antianémiques > Fer
Indications
Anémie ferriprive, besoin accru ou carence latente en fer (p.ex. grossesse, post-partum, allaitement, après gastrectomie).
Posologie
Avant ou avec les repas; durée du traitement: max. 6 mois.
Anémie légère, carence latente en fer
>10 ans: 1 cp./j. le matin.
Anémie sévère
>18 ans: 1 cp. 2×/j.
10–18 ans: 1 cp./j. le matin jusqu'à 1 cp. 2×/j., max. 6 mg/kg/j.

Contre-indications
Anémie non ferriprive, surcharge en fer, troubles de l'utilisation du fer, maladies gastro-intestinales inflammatoires sévères, hépatopathie sévère, néphropathie sévère, en association à d'autres préparations martiales; <10 ans.
