Déficit en carnitine.
Posologie
Diluer le sirop avec du liquide.
>10 ans: 3 g/j. en 3 prises (soluté buvable en 2–3 prises), si besoin augmenter à 4,5 g/j.
5–10 ans: 2 g/j. en 2 prises, si besoin augmenter à 3 g/j.
<5 ans: 1 g/j. sous forme liquide, si besoin augmenter à 1,5 g/j.
>10 ans: 3 g/j. en 3 prises (soluté buvable en 2–3 prises), si besoin augmenter à 4,5 g/j.
5–10 ans: 2 g/j. en 2 prises, si besoin augmenter à 3 g/j.
<5 ans: 1 g/j. sous forme liquide, si besoin augmenter à 1,5 g/j.
Contre-indications
Intolérance au fructose (sirop).
