Indications
Hypertension essentielle.
Posologie
Indépendamment des repas.
>18 ans: au début 10 mg 1×/j., év. augmenter à 20–max. 40 mg 1×/j.
1–18 ans: «IPr».

Contre-indications
Angioedème héréditaire, angioedème après inhibiteurs de l'ECA ou antagonistes de l'angiotensine II, insuffisance hépatique sévère, obstruction biliaire, en association à l'aliskirène lors de diabète ou d'insuffisance rénale (Clcr <60 ml/min); grossesse, allaitement.
