Indications
Carence en zinc, besoin accru en zinc (p. ex. grossesse, allaitement, après des opérations, des traumatismes ou des brûlures), maladie de Wilson, acrodermatite entéropathique.
Posologie
Min. 1 h avant ou 2 h après les repas.
Carence, besoin accru: >18 ans: 1–2 cp./j.
Traitement par la pénicillamine et d'autres agents chélateurs: >18 ans: 1 cp./j.
Acrodermatite entéropathique: >18 ans: jusqu'à 5 cp./j.
Maladie de Wilson: >18 ans: 2–3 cp. 2–3×/j., min. 80 mg/j.
Carence, besoin accru: >18 ans: 1–2 cp./j.
Traitement par la pénicillamine et d'autres agents chélateurs: >18 ans: 1 cp./j.
Acrodermatite entéropathique: >18 ans: jusqu'à 5 cp./j.
Maladie de Wilson: >18 ans: 2–3 cp. 2–3×/j., min. 80 mg/j.
Contre-indications
Insuffisance rénale sévère, défaillance rénale aiguë, en association aux chélateurs (pénicillamine, EDTA, trientine) lors de maladie de Wilson.
