Indications
Carence en fer dès 18 ans.
Posologie
Perf. i.v. après dilution dans NaCl 0,9% (100–200 mg: dans max. 50 ml; 200–500 mg: dans max. 100 ml, durée de perf.: min. 6 min; 500–1000 mg: dans max. 250 ml, durée de perf.: min. 15 min) ou inj. i.v. (durée d'administration: 200–500 mg: min. 1 min/100 mg de fer, 500–1000 mg: min. 15 min); administration pendant l'hémodialyse «IPr».
>18 ans: dose unitaire max.: 15 mg/kg (inj. i.v.) resp. 20 mg/kg (perf. i.v.), dose cumulative max./sem.: 1000 mg; patients hémodialysés: max. 200 mg/j.; dose totale cumulée: individuelle «IPr».

Contre-indications
Anémies non ferriprives, surcharge en fer; grossesse (1er trimestre; 2e et 3e trimestres «IPr»).
