Thérapie
Indications
Glaucome à angle ouvert et hypertension intra-oculaire en cas de réponse insuffisante à une monothérapie.
Posologie
>18 ans: 1 gtte 2×/j.
Contre-indications
Insuffisance rénale sévère (Clcr <30 ml/min), acidose hyperchlorémique, en association aux IMAO ou antidépresseurs à action noradrénergique; grossesse «IPr», allaitement; <2 ans.
