Thérapie
Antithrombotiques > Inhibiteurs directs de la thrombine > Argatroban
Indications
Anticoagulation lors de thrombopénie induite par l'héparine de type II.
Posologie
Perf. i.v. continue après dilution dans p.ex. NaCl 0,9% ou glucose 5% à une concentration finale de 1 mg/ml; durée max. du traitement: 14 j.
>18 ans: au début 2 µg/kg/min, puis selon TCA «IPr»; év. augmenter par paliers de 0,5 µg/kg/min, max. 10 µg/kg/min.

Contre-indications
Hémorragie non contrôlée, insuffisance hépatique sévère; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
