Thérapie
Indications
Infection à VIH-1 en association à d'autres antirétroviraux.
Posologie
≥40 kg: 600 mg 1×/j. à jeun avant le coucher.
Contre-indications
En association à elbasvir/grazoprévir, voriconazole (aux doses habituelles), paritaprévir/ritonavir, dasabuvir, siméprévir ou millepertuis; insuffisance hépatique sévère; procréation chez la femme (jusqu'à 12 sem. après le traitement), grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
