BREVIER
Indications
Apport hydrique et énergétique lors d'alimentation parentérale, hypoglycémie.
Posologie
Perf. i.v., uniquement par cathéter veineux central.
Adultes: individuelle, max. 0,5 g glucose/kg/h, max. 6 g glucose/kg/j.
Enfants: «IPr».
Contre-indications
Hyperglycémie, déshydratation hypotonique, hypokaliémie (sans substitution), hyperhydratation, acidose, hémorragie intracrânienne, anurie, coma hépatique, hyperosmolarité sérique, en association aux corticoïdes ou à l'ACTH.
