>18 ans: 1 mg/j., év. augmenter à max. 2 mg/j.
Patients âgés ou affaiblis: 0,5 mg/j.

Contre-indications
Myasthénie, insuffisance respiratoire sévère, apnées du sommeil, intoxication aiguë aux dépresseurs centraux, intolérance au galactose, déficit en lactase de Lapp, malabsorption du glucose-galactose; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
