Indications
Perte d'eau, oligurie due à la déshydratation, déshydratation hypertonique, pré- ou postopératoire.
Posologie
Perf. i.v., vitesse de perfusion: 60–120 ml/h.
Adultes: env. 40 ml/kg/j.
Petits enfants y c. nourrissons: «IPr».
Contre-indications
Hyperhydratation, oedèmes, déshydratation hypotonique, insuffisance cardiaque, insuffisance rénale, hypokaliémie, hyperglycémie, diabète.
