Neuroleptiques > Neuroleptiques typiques > Thioxanthènes
Indications
Schizophrénie aiguë ou chronique sans agitation motrice, psychoses accompagnées d'autisme, de négativisme, d'apathie ou d'état dépressif, états psychotiques aigus (en particulier cas résistants), paraphrénie, psychoses organiques.
Posologie
Schizophrénie et psychoses apparentées: >18 ans: au début: 3–15 mg/j. en 2–3 prises, év. augmenter jusqu'à 40 mg/j.; entretien: 5–20 mg 1×/j. le matin.
Etats psychotiques aigus (en particulier cas résistants): >18 ans: au début 15–30 mg 1–4×/j., puis individuelle en 1–3 prises/j.

Contre-indications
Dépression du SNC, états comateux; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
