Infections modérées: 600–1200 mg/j.
Infections sévères: 600–1200 mg/j.
Infections très sévères: 1200–1800 mg/j.
Amygdalite/pharyngite à streptocoques: 300 mg 2×/j. pendant 10 j.
Traitements combinés: «IPr».
Enfants ≥10 kg
Infections modérées: 8–12 mg/kg/j.
Infections sévères: 13–16 mg/kg/j.
Infections très sévères: 17–25 mg/kg/j.
Enfants <10 kg, >1 mois
Min. 37,5 mg 3×/j.
