Indications
Hypertension essentielle.
Posologie
>18 ans: 1 cp./j. indépendamment des repas.
Contre-indications
Choc (y c. cardiogène), insuffisance hépatique sévère, obstruction des voies biliaires, obstacle à l'éjection ventriculaire gauche, insuffisance cardiaque hémodynamiquement instable après infarctus aigu du myocarde, hypotension sévère, en association à l'aliskirène lors de diabète ou d'insuffisance rénale (Clcr <60 ml/min), intolérance au fructose; grossesse, allaitement.
