Indications
Hypertension essentielle, néphropathie chez les diabétiques de type 2 hypertendus.
Posologie
Indépendamment des repas.
Hypertension essentielle: >18 ans: au début 150 mg 1×/j., év. augmenter à 300 mg 1×/j.
Néphropathie diabétique: >18 ans: 300 mg 1×/j.

Divisible en 2 parts
Contre-indications
En association à l'aliskirène lors de diabète ou d'insuffisance rénale (DFG <60 ml/min/1,73 m2), en association aux inhibiteurs de l'ECA lors de néphropathie diabétique, oedème angioneurotique héréditaire, oedème angioneurotique après inhibiteurs de l'ECA ou antagonistes de l'angiotensine II, insuffisance hépatique sévère; grossesse, allaitement.
